At Down Home Doodle we believe that all the dogs that are part of our breeding program should be living the best lives possible. We strive to have all our dogs part of a family environment and not locked into kennels. Being a guardian home gives you the opportunity to own a well bred dog that was breeders choice. The dog will remain in our program for up to 5 litters or the vet deems her unbreedable. Male dogs retire from our program at age 6.

The following requirements must be met to qualify as a guardian home for our program:

• reside in the state of Utah

• have a fenced yard

• other dogs must be spayed/neutered
